- What do Mennonites believe? gives an outline of the Confession of Faith in a Mennonite Perspective. The first and second articles address what Mennonites believe about Jesus.
- Peace Theology. This peace-related website offers multiple resources and speaks to the Anabaptist attitude toward Jesus.
Books and pamphlets:
- The Naked Anabaptist: The Bare Essentials of a Radical Faith by Stuart Murray (2010). This popular resource explores Anabaptist beliefs about many topics, including views of Jesus. Here is a link to a free study guide.
- What Is an Anabaptist Christian? by Palmer Becker (2009) talks about Jesus as the center of our faith. Also available here as a curriculum in English and the pamphlet is available in 10 languages as a download.
- The Upside-Down Kingdom by Donald B. Kraybill (2011) shows how the kingdom of God announced by Jesus appeared upside down in first-century Palestine. Jesus wins by serving and triumphs by losing.
- A Contemporary Anabaptist Theology by Thomas N. Finger (2004) looks at how Mennonites have seen Jesus historically, and offers an adaptation of this theology for the 21st century.
- Embodying the Way of Jesus: Anabaptist Convictions for the Twenty-First Century by Ted Grimsrud (2007) examines the ways that Mennonites attempt to embody the teachings and philosophy of Jesus, both traditionally and in contemporary life.
